From June 13 to August 18, from Wednesday to Saturday at 9 p.m., “I Love Piaf”, the musical returning on The Little Sparrow’s life will be performed at Paris Lucernaire.
Monument of the French singing, Edith Piaf is still honored in the show “I Love Piaf” that tells her short life. The singer died on October 10, 1963, she was only 47.
Created by Jacques Plessis, “I Love Piaf” turns Edith Piaf into an eternal woman through songs known across the world. A show has already been performed the past seasons at Theatre Edgar and Theatre Trévise.
It’s Emma Brazeilles who plays the Little Sparrow. The storyteller is performed by Jacques Plessis and Patrice Maktav. Every evening an accordionist goes on stage with them.
The Little Sparrow, although French, is a legend all around the globe. The show will be subheaded in English if your French is’nt good enough, and you can also the show’s program in English.
