While the same night Harlan Coben will delight his fans for a free night at the Olympia, Radio France holds on Monday November 18, 2019 at the Maison de la Radio, an exceptional night about American writer James Ellroy who’ll hold a meet and greet two days before at the théâtre du Rond Point..
As a matter of fact, for the release of the “Signature Radio France” album, journalist Laure Adler will meet James Ellroy whose latest novel “This Storm” will be released in France this November 6 in the Studio 104 (that can house over 800 guests) of the Maison de la Radio, for an exceptional interview. An interview as part of the “L’Heure Bleue” show broadcasted on France Inter.
The interview will be followed by the “Requiem For Danny” concert, an abstract from radiophonic opera created by Jean-Louis Marchant and loosely based on “The Big Nowhere” historic crime novel written in 1988 by James Ellroy.
The concert will be performed by “Big Nowhere” big band, created by Jean-Louis Marchand especially on the occasion.
After the show, James Ellroy will be signing books or anything you want. He’ll also sign his new book “This Storm” as well as album “Requiem for Danny”.
If you enjoy James Ellroy’s work, this night at the Maison de la Radio will likely delight you…
