Bon Iver fans were very disappointed in January. Singer Justin Vernon had cancelled his European tour, which was due to include the Zenith in Paris on the 22nd of the same month, for personal reasons. For those who don't hold this against him and are eagerly awaiting his return to a Parisian stage, know that he will be returning to the capital in the autumn of 2017. Bon Iver will be performing at theSalle Pleyel on September 21, 22 and 23.
There, he will present his third opus ""22, A Million" released in September 2016, five long years after the band's acclaimed self-titled album. A work that surprised fans of the Wisconsin singer's melancholy-tinged folky ambience, with more electronic sounds than usual.
It remains to be seen what this new Justin Vernon will sound like on stage... and there's no doubt that many more will come to discover him!
Good to know: a pre-sale is being organized for those who bought their tickets last January. It will run until June 28. Others will have to wait until Friday June 30 at 10am.
