Parquet Courts is back with a new opus that the American band will be delighted to unveil this autumn in Paris. See you then on Friday, November 16, 2018 at L'Elysée Montmartre to discover the result live.

Two years after the"Human Performance" record, Parquet Courts are already announcing their return with a new, fifth album.

In stores since May 18, 2018,"Wide Awake!" was produced by Danger Mouse. It features a total of thirteen tracks, written by Andrew Savage and Austin Brown, magnified by the talent of Max Savage (drums) and Sean Yeaton (bass).

The result is a record that's full of punk rock spirit, to the delight of our ears.

The band members have also sought to play on the dialectical relationship between rage and elation, drawing inspiration from bands such as Youth of Today, Gorilla Biscuit and Black Flag.

Austin Brown cites death and love as his two greatest sources of inspiration, and he has never been as vulnerable in his writing as he is on this album.

To discover this new opus live, New York band Parquet Courts will be performing at L'Elysée Montmartre on Friday, November 16, 2018 for one and only date in Paris.

For the biggest fans of the band Parquet Courts, we won't miss the on-sale tickets which will be held this Friday, May 25, 2018 at 10am.
