Three years after “Tracker”, the former Dire Straits guitarist-singer is back with a new album. Called “Down The Road Wherever”, this new disc is said to be out on November 16, 2018.
And to promote the release, Mark Knopfler has decided to hit the roads again in 2019. In France, the British artist will perform no fewer than 6 concerts! First at Bordeaux Arkea Arena on May 6, then Toulouse Zénith Métropole on May 7, Strasbourg Zénith Europe on May 12, Lyon Halle Tony Garnier on May 19 and finally at the Arènes de Nîmes on July 15 for the Festival de Nîmes.
In the beautiful French capital, Mark Knofpler will take over the huge stage of the AccorHotels Arena for one night and one night only on Monday June 17, 2019. Note that tickets will go on sale on Friday November 2, 2018 at 10 a.m. (Paris time).
For this ne tour, Mark Knopfler will also be with his band, of course!
If Mark Knopfler expects to perform live some new tracks, we also hope he will perform older solo tunes and what not by Dire Straits…
