Blur, Gorillaz, The Good, The Bad and The Queen and even Rocket Juice & the Moon…
British artist Damon Albarn is a hyperactive who always creates new projects.
While he will be touring Europe in Spring 2019 alongside The Good, The Bad and The Queen (concerts planned at Paris Bataclan on May 27, and the Trianon on May 28), the singer, musician and composer will present his new musical and visual work inspired by Iceland in 2020.
Save the date, Paris Philharmonie will open on Sunday 24, 2020 and welcome “The nearer The Foutain, more pure the Stream Flows”.
For the reminder, Damon Albarn fell in love with his small and fiery country during the Blur era. This is where he feels at home. He even owns a house and shares in the famous “Kaffibarinn” bar.
The incredible landscapes and the surrounding nature in Iceland provide him rest and inspiration. An inspiration that will give birth to a new project that Damon Albarn will be happy to present on May 24, 2020 at Paris Philharmonie.
No need to tell you that this event will be very coveted! As for the ticketing service, don’t forget that tickets go on sale this Monday May 6, 2019 at 12 p.m. (GMT+1).
