It’s been a while – to be precise, since January 2017 and the concert at the Salle Pleyel – that the One Night of Queen concert didn’t stop by Paris.
While Queen has never been this famous, with the French version of the musical “We Will Rock You” back at the Casino de Paris this September 2019 and the “Bohemian Rhapsody” biopic now playing as a sing-along movie, One Night of Queen will return to Paris on Wednesday July 22, 2020 at 8 p.m. at La Seine Musicale. Before returning eight months later, on September 21, 2020 at the Dôme de Paris.
For two hours, Gary Mullen and The Works will cover Queen greatest hits from “Bohemian Rhapsody” to “A Kind of Magic” without forgetting “Under Pressure” and “I Want to Break Free” and “One Vision”.
In addition to his voice, Gary Mullen also transforms himself physically to become the stage spitting image of Freddie Mercury. In 2000 he even won a British TV contest as the best incarnation of the late singer.
And despite not seeing the real-life Roger Taylor and Brian May who will be touring with Adam Lambert in Asia (Japan, South Korea, New Zealand, Australia) and North America in 2020, how about spending One Night of Queen at La Seine Musicale?
