Maybe have you discovered her on the Scène de la Cascade during the last Rock en Seine festival or at La Boule Noire this past May… Marie Ulven – also known as Girl in Red – is the new pop rock sensation from Scandinavia.
These past few months, everything seems to be alright for this young 21-year-old artist coming from Norway. Everything starts for Girl in Red when she decides to share on social network her own music. The success is immediate, and the young singer and musician unveils her first and critically acclaimed EP “Chapter 1”.
Her style? A skilled mix of rock and bedroom-pop inspired by her own challenges and tribulations in terms of mental health and sexuality.
