Five years after their last Paris show at the Stade de France, Coldplay have finally announced their live comeback in France. As part of their"Music of the Spheres World Tour", the British band will invade the Stade de France on Saturday 16, Sunday 17, Tuesday 19 and Wednesday 20 July 2022 for four exceptional concerts. Chris Martin and his bandmates will take advantage of the opportunity to unveil their latest opus,"Music of the Spheres", live.
More than 30 dates have been announced around the globe. Coldplay kicked off its stadium tour in Costa Rica, before moving on to the Dominican Republic, Mexico and the USA. The group will then head to Europe from July 2, 2022, with more than a dozen dates on the program. These include concerts in Frankfurt, Warsaw, Berlin, Brussels, London and Glasgow. Finally, the group will fly to Rio de Janeiro in September.
In France, Coldplay will be at the Stade de France on July 16, 17, 19 and 20, 2022. Unsurprisingly, these four Coldplay concerts in Paris have been sold out for some time. But there's good news for latecomers, as the band has announced that a very limited number of tickets for its 4 Paris concerts are going back on sale, and can be booked from Thursday June 30 at 10am here.
And to top it all off, Gaumar and H.E.R. will be supporting the concerts on July 16 and 17. On July 19 and 20, 2022, London Grammar and Lous and the Yakuza will open the show.
Always sensitive to the need to protect the planet and the environment, Coldplay is committed to making this new tour as sustainable and low-carbon as possible. For the moment, the tour's sustainability plan is still being drawn up, but the show will be powered entirely by ultra-low-emission renewable energy, thanks to solar installations at each venue, used cooking oil, a kinetic floor in the stadium and kinetic bikes powered by fans. In addition, a tree will be planted for every ticket sold!

At the same time, we're very aware that the planet is facing a climate crisis. So we've spent the last two years consulting with environmental experts to make this tour as sustainable as possible and, above all, to harness the tour's potential to make a difference. Not everything will be perfect, but we're committed to doing all we can and sharing what we learn. It's a work in progress, and we're very grateful for all the help we've received so far," said Coldplay in a statement released on October 14.
