Pitchfork Music Festival Paris 2023: Dream Wife, HYD, Youth Lagoon... the complete program

Here we go again! The Pitchfork Music Festival Paris is back, and awaits you from November 6 to 12, 2023 in 13 venues across the capital. On the menu? A week of concerts featuring no fewer than 60 artists, including Dream Wife, Weyes Blood, Youth Lagoon, Ichiko Aoba and Crumb and Pillow Queens.

In 2011, Pitchfork Music Festival Paris made its first appearance in Paris. So, for those of you who don't yet know, Pitchfork has become a veritable institution in the space of fifteen years. Initially, the webzine was just a column for a few indie rock enthusiasts, but it soon specialized in pop, rock and folk, electro, jazz and hip hop, with a particular affection for the underground, becoming a veritable reference in the field.

And it was in 2006 that the webzine organized its first festival, in Chicago's Union Park. 5 years later, the festival announced the good news: Pitchfork Music Festival was exporting to France, and more precisely to Paris, at the Grande Halle de la Villette. In 2011, Bon Iver, Aphex Twin, Washed Out, Real Estate, Wild Beasts, Lykke Li and Jens Lekman opened the first edition.

Given the success of past editions, Pitchfork Music Festival Paris is announcing its return with a new edition, to be held this year from November 6 to 12, 2023.

After nine editions at the Grande Halle de la Villette, the Pitchfork Music Festival Paris continues to build on its success, taking over no less than 13 venues in Paris this year. Rendezvous at Salle Pleyel, Trabendo, Petit Bain, La Place,Eglise Saint-Eustache and Hasard Ludique for several evenings of original concerts.

We'll also be heading to the Bastille district on November 10 and 11, 2023, for the Pitchfork Avant-Garde, where we'll be showcasing over 30 artists a night, to be seen and heard on the stages of 7 different venues in the capital(Badaboum, PopUp!, Café de la Danse, Supersonic, Supersonic Records, Les Disquaires andAtelier Basfroi).

In terms of programming, Pitchfork Music Festival Paris 2023 promises diversity and quality, with the presence of Dream Wife, Weyes Blood, Youth Lagoon, Ichiko Aoba and Crumb and Pillow Queens.
