Esplanade des Invalides
Come to Les Invalides in Paris for the Boreal Night Make Music event on Tuesday, June 21st, 2016. At this unique celebration, Canadian music artists will perform in the plaza under the stars!
On Tuesday, June 21st, emerging and groundbreaking talent from Canada’s music scene will light up the the Esplanade des Invalides for this year’s Nuit Boréale (Boreal Night) event, a Make Music celebration!
As during previous years, Boreal Night is an event that takes the public on a journey through Canada's many sounds and music styles, from Quebec to Ontario, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick.
This free musical event will feature artists from all parts of Canada, both French and English-speaking. So after past performances by famous artists like Alexandre Poulin, Louis-Jean Cormier and Alejandra Ribera, who will be the next lucky artists to take the stage?
5 up and coming artists on the Canadian music scene will be there, including the French-Canadian Philémon, Cimon, Wesli and the Hôtesses d’Hilaire, and English-speaking Half Moon Run and Busty & the Bass.
The event will be hosted by TV and radio show host Catherine Pogonat, and designer Olivier Dufour is the Artistic Director.
