The We Love Green Festival is back in Paris on Saturday, June 10th and Sunday June 11st, 2017, in a new location – the Bois de Vincennes ! For the new edition of this annual festival, get ready to dance to Anderson .Paak & The Free Nationals, Richie Hawtin and Flying Lotus !
You may remember that after taking a year off in 2013, the We Love Green Festival came back strong in 2014, taking over the Parc de Bagatelle for two exceptional days. That year, they featured Foals, Cat Power, Lorde, London Grammar and Pedro Winter.
Last year, PJ Harvey, LCD Soundsystem, Diplo, Air and Hot Chip came to the hotspot. This year, make way for a new edition of the Festival We Love Green on Saturday, June 10th and Sunday June 11st at the Bois De Vincennes! Occupying over 14 acres of natural wilderness (the festival is also expanding, increasing its intake from 35,000 to to 50,000 attendees.
Besides their two large stages, We Love Green 2017 is also launching a small club in one of the clearings of the woods, a place for young French innovators to mix and mingle. Some of these artists will be coming from the hotbed for new musicians, the Inrocks Lab, and others are invited by the Badaboum nightclub in Paris.
The Think Tank Stage will be in the middle of the festival this year, where there will be talks on the big changes in our society.
We might as well tell you right out the gate, We Love Green 2017 is claiming to be wilder, freer and even more socially engaged!

We Love Green, as it’s name suggests, is also committed to green initiatives. The festival is powered with 100% renewable energy, and 100% of their waste is recycled and composted. The restaurant is also fair-trade and anti-waste, all about food salvaging.
