Open Mode Festival 2019 at La Villette: when dance meets fashion

Published by Manon de Sortiraparis · Published on December 10th, 2019 at 11:00 a.m.
On December 13, 14 and 15, 2019, the Grande Halle de la Villette hosts the third edition of the Open Mode Festival. The principle is new and ultra-cheering: fashion designers present their creations during dancing shows. As a bonus, performances, workshops and exhibitions.

Fashion Week looks like something only reserved for the elite? Here is an event likely to please you! For three days, the Open Mode Festival 2019 takes over the giant space of the Grande Halle de la Villette and invites all kinds of fashion designers for an event open to all.

You can then discover all the trades related to fashion show creation: stylists, performers, dancers, makeup artists and hairstylists, photographers, trend offices, influencers will be present to share their know-how during live workshops and creations.

First and foremost, the festival is the opportunity to discover fashion shows during which models are dancers and shows danced. Thereby, fashion designers and dance companies join forces to create a unique show that has only one goal: generalizing fashion.
