La Seine Musicale holds open air screenings of a ballet and an opera on a giant silver screen. Free screenings but by booking on August 27 and 28, 2020.

In addition to Les Extatiques exhibition and open-air movie screenings by Cinéclub Paradiso, the Seine Musicale also plans to screen an opera and a ballet outside this summer 2020.
As for now, they cannot welcome spectators within the facilities, La Seine Musicale does not let go of a cultural summer program. On the contrary.

On August 27 and 28, 2020 the new building in Boulogne-Billancourt welcomes on its parvis the screening of a ballet and an opera on its giant silver screen.

On Thursday August 27, 2020 from 8 p.m., La Seine Musicale screens Giuseppe Verdi’s operaLa Traviata” in 3 acts (based on The Lady of the Camellias by Alexandre Dumas fils). A version staged by Simon Stone, under the musical direction of Michele Mariotti, starring Pretty Yende for the Opéra National de Paris.

On Friday August 28, 2020 from 8 p.m., the giant screen of La Seine Musical will play “Giselle”, a ballet in two acts choreographed by Jean Coralli and Jules Perrot for the Opéra National de Paris again.

The access to these nights is free of charge, but as gatherings are limited, booking is mandatory.
