Paris Opera house former dance director Benjamin Millepied is coming to Paris this Fall with his company, the L.A. Dance Project. He will deliver his version of Romeo and Juliet at La Seine Musicale in September, and then, the company moves to the Théâtre du Châtelet, where they will perform two programs, from October 13 to 16, 2022.

Benjamin Millepied returns to his roots since the L.A. Dance Project performed for the first time in France at the Théâtre du Châtelet.

In the first program, performed from October 13 to 16, the L.A. Dance Project proposes Be Here Now, staged by plastic artist Barbara Kruger. A choreographic piece by Benjamin Millepied supported by 10 dancers evolving to the music of a string quartet.

The second program performed by the L.A. Dance Project on October 15 and 16 only, at the Théâtre du Châtelet, and in matinee, is called Everyone Keeps Me. The dance company will perform three different pieces by three different choreographers, Pam Tanowitz, Bobbi Jene Smith and Madeline Hollander.
