Initially planned on June 20, 2020, the Great Masked Ball is cancelled due to the coronavirus related health crisis.
COVID-19 | In compliance with the governmental instructions and following the health crisis, Château de Versailles Spectacles has to cancel the Great Masked Ball planned this June 20, 2020.

For the tenth year in a row, Versailles welcomes you on Saturday June 20, 2020 for the Grand Masked Ball worthy of royal festivities.

Baroque costumes, wigs, champagne, club atmosphere...

Be a part of a completely offbeat night of celebration while wearing costumes and masks in the impressive Orangery of the Palace of Versailles and in its garden specially staged for the event.

Versailles still echoes with the royal celebrations which used to bring the Court to life. Since its first edition back in 2011, the Grand Masked Ball renews itself yearly to celebrate fanciful and sophisticated nights for an evening which has become a must.

Dancers, performers and artists will accompany the newly staged ball. Be a part of the Grand Masked Ball for an exceptional party in period costumes at the Versailles Castle!

To allow you to imagine what it all might look like, here are a few pictures from the previous editions:

Come dressed in a quality baroque costume and put it on before your arrival (all guests have to find their costume by themselves). No area will be provided to change your clothes on the spot. Your face must be masked upon arrival to the Orangery and during the entire evening. Those not wearing a costume or a mask would not be admitted.
