Closed for over 6 months because of the health crisis, theaters and show venues might be allowed to reopen from May 19, 2021 with a seated audience, according to Europe 1 and Le Parisien. Yet, this reopening could take place in compliance with a 800-people limit indoors, and 1,00 people outdoors.

The cultural worls is about to return. As Emmanuel Macron is to detail the lockdown exit strategy in an interview to be issued this April 30 in the regional daily press, several medias have spread the reopening calendar for terracesnon-necessary stores, as well as museums, movie theaters, and theaters.

Therefore, accoridng to Le Parisien and Europe 1theaters and show venues with a seated audience could be allowed to open again starting from May 19, 2021. Of course, the reopening will have to comply with a limit set to 800 people indoors, and 1,000 people outdoors. Protocols - fitted to each place and activity - will have to be respected as well.

This is good news for every professionals from this sector who will be able to go back on stage and reunite with their public. And the pleasure is shared, we guess, as spectators are eager to reunite with the performing art world after they have been on standstill for over 6 months.
