BIROCRATIC (New York - USA) [first show in Europe]
Birocratic is an NJ-based, NYC-bred bedroom producer and beatmaker. After a few short years spent creating hip-hop headnodders in the shadow of giants—J Dilla, DJ Shadow, and Nujabes, to name a few—Biro has grown his signature sound into an expansive palette that combines evocative samples and vintage synths with airy, complex percussion. A multi instrumentalist at heart, Biro is equally at home sampling as he is playing and recording. He first reached ears at BuzzFeed’s production offices in 2013, and his ever-evolving catalog of tunes has since been featured in their videos (and many others’), reaching nearly 80 million listeners in the process.
PHILANTHROPE (Innsbruck - AUT) [first show in France]
Philanthrope , originally from Germany moved to Innsbruck five years ago for studying and started making Beats around that time as well. He stands for sample based Jazz influenced Hip Hop Beats with a modern touch. His first full Project was the 2015 released collaborative Record "Quintessenz und ihre Nuancen" with swiss rapper Zaid. After that he released collaborative projects with Austrian based producers Mono:Massive(Monothrope Lp) and Devaloop ( Cloudfiles). As a part of Chillhop Music and Radio Juicy he got a lot of new music coming out in 2017. So watch out!
L'INDECIS (Grenoble - FR)
Chillhop Records' based musician and beatmaker, L'indécis will join the party for his first live in Paris! A blend of samples, live instruments, groove and melancholy. He is currently working on his first LP, which we hope listen exclusive tracks in live!
