A veritable gourmet institution in Paris, the House of Louis Fouquet unveils its delicious collection imagined for Easter by Cordélia de Castellane, Artistic Director of Dior Maison and Baby Dior. A floral egg, a box of small filled eggs, the garden egg or the squirrel, emblem of the house... Discover Louis Fouquet's chocolate creations for Easter.

As Easter approaches, many gourmet houses are tempting our taste buds with their mouth-watering chocolate collections marketed for the occasion. Let's take a look at the succulent and beautiful collection imagined by Cordélia de Castellane, Artistic Director of Dior Maison and Baby Dior, for Maison Louis Fouquet.

A veritable gourmet institution in Paris, Maison Louis Fouquet has been in business since 1852! When it was launched over 170 years ago in the 9th arrondissement, only jams and confectionery were offered to customers, who included Claude Monet. At the turn of the century, the Chambeau-Mimard family took over the reins of the company, adding chocolate-making to the confectionery and confectionery trades. The store at 22 rue François 1er was opened in 1928. And it was at this time that the iconic salvators were born, characterized by their soft caramel heart coated with crunchy caramel.

In the wake of this success, the company opened new locations in Paris, one on avenue de Messine and the other on avenue de la Bourdonnais.

Today, the 5th generation of the family, Catherine Chambeau and her brother Frédéric, are at the helm of the House of Louis Fouquet, known among other things for its succulent old-fashioned pralines. The house is a favorite with many regulars, including Christian Dior and Yves Saint Laurent.

So it's no coincidence that Louis Fouquet asked Cordélia de Castellane, Artistic Director of Dior Maison and Baby Dior, to design the Easter 2024 collection. She designed a delicate floral motif, inspired by Claude Monet, giving birth to ultra-elegant, stylized eggs, veritable decorative objects to be placed on a large table. To make the most of these chocolate eggs, they are presented on woven wicker eggcups.
