Several thousand French museums take part in the Nuit des Musées, including several hundred in Paris and the Île-de-France region. This major cultural event celebrates its 20th edition on Saturday, May 18, 2024. Every year, Nuit des Musées gives curious visitors the chance to discover and visit numerous museums and cultural venues during a unique evening. Various events are organized for the occasion, for visitors of all ages. And if you still need an excuse to take advantage of this event, you should know that most museums are free during the evening!
Museums' Night is the perfect time to get off the beaten track, and be surprised by little-known museums. And you don't have to travel far for new experiences: in Brunoy, in theEssonne region of France, you'll find the Robert Dubois - Corneau museum.
The museum is named after a major donor to the town of Brunoy, who took a lifelong interest in thehistory of Brunoy and the Yerres valley. The exhibition features a variety of works dating from the 18th century to the present day, retracing the town's history. A curiosity to be discovered free of charge on May 18, 2024.

Not quite a show, not quite an investigative game, not quite a fairy-tale reading, but a little of all of the above, this historically-themed evening will give you the chance to immerse yourself in the past and cross paths with some prestigious characters. You'll need to pay close attention and take part in the events. We'll be talking about transmission, mysterious objects, revolution and art, as well as the gods of Olympus, courtly love and knights.
