Feel like dancing and singing this summer? If so, don't miss the return of the Fête de la Musique, with its countless free concerts scattered all over the Île-de-France region.
As it does every year on the same date, the Fête de la Musique is the perfect opportunity to take advantage of all kinds of musical events, whether in the street, in bars and restaurants, in museums or in parks and gardens.
For a whole day, live music can be heard on every street corner, bringing smiles to the faces of music lovers, who are delighted to discover up-and-coming young artists, or to catch up with professional performers.
In Paris, the program promises to be varied, with some not-to-be-missed highlights in Montmartre, the Marais and the Latin Quarter. Elsewhere in the Île-de-France region, free concerts are also plentiful, as in Drancy.
This town in Seine-Saint-Denis is expecting young and old alike twice this year, starting with a free concert by Vanny Jordan on June 18, 2023 in the Parc de Ladoucette. Then, on June 21, 2023 - the official day of this great popular and festive event - a choir of young artists will perform, followed by an original recital.
