Nuit Blanche 2024: the Musée du Quai Branly unveils its contemporary collections

The Musée du Quai Branly welcomes us for a free nocturnal visit, on the occasion of the Nuit Blanche, organized this Saturday, June 1, 2024.

Do you like the Musée du Quai Branly - Jacques Chirac? Located in the 7th arrondissement, this major museum houses over a million art objects, of which around 3,500 are on public display. The museum's collections include photographs, sculptures, paintings, musical instruments and historical and artistic objects from Asia, Africa, the Americas and Oceania.

Do you also like the Nuit Blanche? This annual event is very popular, and for good reason: for a whole night, over 200contemporary art events await us in the streets, museums, parks and monuments of the capital. Free performances, installations and happenings are organized throughout the evening, bringing art closer to the public.

If you like these two entities, then you're going to love the Nuit Blanche at the Musée du Quai Branly! Yes, the museum is taking part in this 22nd edition, this Saturday, June 1, 2024. For the occasion, the art venue is opening its doors free of charge to all, from 7pm to midnight.

The Musée du Quai Branly invites you to discover the contemporary works held in its collections. It's the perfect opportunity to take a tour of the world of contemporary art!

  • Nuit Blanche
    Focus on contemporary art! From Paris to Nouméa, the 23rd edition of Nuit Blanche celebrates the French overseas territories with a program directed by curator, critic and contemporary art researcher Claire Tancons. Full program available soon.
    Free admission to the museum from 7pm to midnight (last admission at 11pm)
