The mayor of Paris, Anne Hidalgo, wants to build more bike paths for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, "Olympians", which should connect the Olympic venues to each other.

During her wishes for the year 2023, the mayor of Paris, Anne Hidalgo, mentioned the development of additional bike lanes, called "Olympics", by the Olympic Games in Paris 2024. These have in mind to connect the Olympic sites of the capital between each other, between Paris and Seine-Saint-Denis, to move more easily and avoid pollution. During the competition, public transport is likely to be particularly crowded and Parisians and tourists will have to find other ways to get around the capital easily.
