Feel like stealing treasure from a pirate captain? It's possible at Glorious Escape Game, a chain of escape games located in Vélizy, just opposite the shopping center, with the Pirate room : Le Médaillon de Vie Eternelle. More precisely, this escape game invites you to board a ship and find a treasure map in the captain's cabin... But be warned: the treasure you're after could well be a poisoned gift!
"Your captain, the famous Black Sam, hides a treasure map in the heart of his ship, containing the location of the Medallion of Eternal Life. Your frigate has been anchored in the harbor of the Ile aux Rhums for two days now, and this forban captain is determined to get his hands on it soon, swearing never to share his power. This is just too much! His behavior will not go unchallenged, so you foment a mutiny to get your hands on the map this evening: you're the leader of the mutineers and thus the mastermind of this treasure hunt.
Tonight, once you've gotten Black Sam drunk in the harbor tavern, you'll slip into his cabin to unearth the legendary map and set sail for the loot aboard the ship you've stolen from him. Beware, the road ahead will be long and perilous... Stay the course! But be warned, pirates: once you reach this mysterious cave, you'll have to sacrifice everything you hold dear. In exchange for immortality, you'll be damned for eternity... Hurry, before Black Sam realizes your treachery and sets sail at the helm of an old raft he's stolen from other pirates! You'll be feeding the fishes...".
What more is there to say that hasn't already been said? As for the puzzles, expect a lot of manipulation (but a lot...), a lot of thinking and a bit of digging. It's a room that will require you to be particularly observant (and even to have eagle eyes and a bit of gumption), all in an ultra-immersive, pirate-style setting! In terms of teams, the room can be played by two to seven players, aged 12 and over. And, as usual, you've got 60 minutes to complete your mission, or you'll leave without knowing the end of the story (and that would be a shame...).
