The countries of the Middle East and North Africa are teeming with talented contemporary artists: come and discover them from September 15 to 17, 2023 at the Menart Fair, the international art fair organized at the Palais d'Iéna.

It's back for another edition: plunge into the heart of Middle Eastern and Maghreb cultures thanks to the international Menart Fair. Join us from September 15 to 17, 2023 at the Palais d'Iéna to discover talented young artists from Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, Palestine, Kuwait, Jordan, Iraq, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates and Yemen.

This free fair (reservation required) enables us to admire the innovative work of numerous artists from various countries in the Levant, the Arab-Persian Gulf and North Africa . For this third edition of Menart Fair, 30 art galleries have carefully selected the best of modern and contemporary artists. They are photographers, painters, sculptors, video artists... They have come together for a moment of sharing and communion aroundmodern and contemporary art, a universal language that creates the most beautiful links between people.

A special program is planned for this 2023 edition, details of which can be found on the fair's website. These include exhibitions, round-table discussions, video screenings, a musical performance, and even a program of tours and workshops for children!

Often renowned in their home countries, these artists have the opportunity to make themselves known to the French public. Art lovers have an unprecedented opportunity to discover original, singular creators, bubbling with ideas and driven by their passion.

Modernity is the order of the day for this new edition: the fair showcases not only young creators, but also young art galleries and new means of expression. There is also a section focusing on NFT from the Middle East and North Africa, with a conference led by experts.

" MENART FAIR again and again reveals a dynamic and committed scene, in a paradoxical and complex geopolitical context. It's a fresh fair, a richly diverse art scene that can't be ignored! " enthuses Joanna Chevalier, the fair's artistic director.

But where does the fair's name come from? "MENA" represents the participating countries (Middle East / North Africa). We mixed this acronym with the word art, which is at the heart of everything we do. The aim of the event is to showcase the artistic wealth of these countries, often forgotten by the Western art world.

Come and discover these exceptionally talented artists at this unique, free fair!
