Legalized in France a few years ago, MMA and its octagons can be seen in the capital's finest venues, from the Zénith de Paris to theAccor Arena. Bellator is back at Bercy on May 17, 2024, with a fight that's sure to cause a stir, as Cédric Doumbè returns to the ring after his defeat by Baki.
A new evening of impressive fights is in store, with this crowd-pleasing headliner set to prove himself, two months after the thorn in his side that earned him his first defeat in MMA. This time, there's no rematch, but an important opponent in the shape ofAmerican Derek Anderson and his 17 victories to date. In prime time, Magomed Magomedov (16-1) and cockweight champion Patchy Mix (19-1) face off for the belt.
Among the evening's ten bouts, the Accor Arena also welcomes Frenchmen Grégory Babène (23-11), Thibault Gouti (17-6) and Asaël Adjoudj (7-1). Bellator was the first player to organize a major event in France, in October 2020, after the legalization of the discipline, and has become a PFL franchise, since last November.
