Rap takes center stage in Paris on April 25, 2024! This Thursday evening, the Théâtre du Châtelet opens its doors to Flammes, for the second ceremony of this event dedicated to popular cultures, born of a joint initiative between Yard and Booska-P.
A number of French and French-speaking artists from the rap and hip-hop worlds will also be in the spotlight during the evening. In all, the second Flammes ceremony will award 24 prizes. While some artists, such as Aya Nakamura, Werenoi and Tiakola, are already considered favorites, others could well spring a surprise.

Tired of feeling under-represented at classic music awards ceremonies, Rap, R'n'B and New Pop artists will once again be celebrated at the second Flammes ceremony, scheduled for Thursday April 25, 2024 at the Théâtre du Châtelet in Paris. A 23-member jury was carefully selected to decide the winners. They included music professionals, journalists and institutional representatives.
On the presentation side, this second ceremony is orchestrated by Nordine Ganso, Sally, Hamza Pvris, Déborah Skuluch and Newin Bokhari!
In other news, more than 15 artists will be performing live this Thursday evening at the Théâtre du Châtelet for the second Flammes ceremony. And several big names have been announced, including Aya Nakamura, Luidji, Shay, Josman and Franglish.
