Marsatac celebrates its 25th anniversary this year on June 14, 15 and 16! The festival, which will take place in the superb setting of Marseille's Parc Borely, has unveiled its program. Are you a fan of rap or electro? Marsatac is sure to please.

Feel like partying outside Paris for a weekend? Now's your chance! To celebrate its 25th anniversary, Marsatac returns with a new edition on June 14, 15 and 16 at Parc Borely, in Marseille's 8th arrondissement. Like the 2023 edition, the festival's program will focus on rap and electro artists, with names that are already well known to the public, but not the only ones.

The 2023 edition, featuring Aya Nakamura, Gazo and a host of other artists, had already attracted over 43,000 festival-goers to the sunny southern French city. This year, we'll be treated to rap performances by Luidji, Kekra, SDM, Shay, Zola and many others. On the electro side, you'll find the talented Boys Noize, Dj Hearstring, Kobosil, Marlon Hoffstadt, Patrick Mason, VTSS and many other artists to discover.

The festival is divided into 4 stages: Le Château, where you can watch rap performances; Le Lac, where you can sway to electro; La Prairie, which offers a mix of the two; and La Frappe, where you can discover new artists.

Marsatac is organized by theOrane association, launched in 1994 by three friends. The association creates projects ancillary to the festival, while retaining its primary aim: "to promote and disseminate new musical trends as widely as possible, while defending its own vision of contemporary music". This is how the La Frappe project was born in 2019, with the aim of encouraging the artistic emergence of hip-hop. The idea is to culminate in a collaborative show between five selected emerging hip-hop artists and a DJ chosen by Marsatac Agency, to be discovered on stage during the festival. A stage called La Frappe is dedicated to the artists, enabling them to make themselves known to the public and in their professional circles.

The festival is committed to sustainability and solidarity, and offers various options to avoid coming by car, such as free bicycle parking and improved transport. They also announce a policy of waste reduction, guaranteeing a clean and eco-responsible venue. From an associative point of view, they are offering to make a donation to three different associations with the purchase of a ticket, and to double your donation!

Lovers of music, of Marseille and of festivals, see you on June 14, 15 and 16 at the Parc Bolery (8th) in Marseille.
