Hisaishi Symphonique: two concerts at the Philharmonie de Paris in March 2025

"Hisaishi symphonique": the not-to-be-missed musical event of 2025 at the Philharmonie de Paris! On the program? Two exceptional, not-to-be-missed performances on Sunday March 2 and Monday March 3, 2025. Audiences will be treated to the Orchestre national Bordeaux Aquitaine, conducted by the immense Japanese composer Joe Hisaishi.

After two sold-out concerts at the Paris La Défense Arena, Joe Hisaishi plans to return to Paris in 2025. On Sunday March 2 and Monday March 3, 2025, the renowned Japanese composer will take over the Philharmonie de Paris ' Grande Salle Pierre Boulez for two symphonic concerts, accompanied by theOrchestre national Bordeaux Aquitaine.

Conducted by Joe Hisaishi, the Orchestre national Bordeaux Aquitaine will perform a program combining a soundtrack ("Kiki the Little Witch") and concert pieces for harp and orchestra, also featuring Emmanuel Ceysson on harp. The Philharmonie de Paris also announces that Joe Hisaishi will conduct Maurice Ravel's " La Valse ".

Is it really necessary to introduce the immense Joe Hisaishi? A successful composer of Miyazaki films, he is notably responsible for the music of " Le Voyage de Chihiro ", " Princesse Mononoké ", " Kiki, la petite sorcière ", " Le Château Ambulant ", " Mon Voisin Totoro ", " Le Château dans le Ciel "...

In 2025, the " Hisaishi Symphonique " concert will take place twice at the Philharmonie de Paris, on March 2 at 6 p.m. and March 3 at 8 p.m., with the Orchestre national Bordeaux Aquitaine at the helm, conducted by Joe Hisaishi himself!

Needless to say, this event is sure to attract a huge following. So don't miss the opening of the box office, with the first subscription sales available from Wednesday, April 3 at 12pm, followed by another (this time non-subscription) from Tuesday, April 30 at 12pm.
