Les Années Twist, the musical about the 60s, returns to the Théâtre de la Tour Eiffel

Roger Louret's musical Les Années Twist takes us on a musical journey to the heart of the 60s. It returns for a new season at the Théâtre de la Tour Eiffel, more than 30 years after its creation.

Les Années Twist runs at the Théâtre de la Tour Eiffel until June 8, 2024. An opportunity to discover a revival of Roger Louret 's famous musical created in 1993 .

The musical retraces the evolution of music in the 60s, with the emergence of yéyé music and the hippie movement. The musical opened in Paris at the Dôme de Paris in 1994, and ran for six years at the Folies Bergère. The show attracted over a million spectators. In 1995, it won the Molière award for BestMusicaland went on to tour France's Zeniths .

Roger Louret, French playwright and director, died at the age of 72 in January 2023. He directed many artists, including Nicolas Briançon, Grégori Baquet, Muriel Robin, Guy Bedos, Elie Semoun and many others. In his show, Roger Louret aims to immerse you in the ten years that changed the world of music. This season's show, at the Théâtre de la Tour Eiffel, unveils a new version, produced by Rémi Caccia and Christelle Chollet, featuring a new cast of singers and actors.
