RadioEat's new buffet brunch at Maison de la Radio

Every Sunday, everyone in Paris is on the lookout for an all-you-can-eat buffet. Head for the (almost) banks of the Seine for RadioEat's new buffet brunch. The gourmet spot, perched high above the Maison de la Radio, welcomes young and old to a cocoon outside the city. On your plates, get set, enjoy!

After passing through the usual security gates, we arrive on the second floor of the vertiginous Maison de la Radio. Already, glasses and plates are dancing between the well-stocked tables of well-informed Parisians.

Every Sunday,RadioEat puts on a gourmet play in three acts: a savoury buffet in the center, a sweet buffet at the entrance and a drinks table against the huge bay windows.

All orchestrated by " our associate chef Thierry Bassard, a repentant bodybuilder, assisted by Romain Rivier, a willing biker. Laura and Léa are our two L's of (sweet) desire ". It's not me who says it, it's on the menu itself. Proof if it were needed that humor and great institutions go hand in hand. Rather good plates in this case.

Home-smoked salmon, oysters, beet salad, mezze, burrata tomatoes etc., as well as eggs in all shapes and sizes, sausages and bacon to order. Sweet treats include cookies, financiers, rice pudding, crêpes, pancakes and French toast.

As everything is carefully prepared with fresh produce, the buffet varies according to the weather. So it can change completely by the time you finish your first plate! Ideal for a post-digestion snack.

Since the ambiance of the Maison lends itself to this, we're happy to stroll from appetizer to dessert (or from appetizer to dessert and back again) until the end of the service.

As an added bonus for our little ones, every Sunday from 12.30 to 3.30 p.m., the adorable RadioEat team puts on a show and/or make-up workshop. There's plenty to chat about with family and friends, while the little ones enjoy themselves in the back of the big room.
