The sun has been shining down on the capital over the last few days, bringing with it the desire to go picnicking in a Parisian park or square. While you'll of course need to observe health regulations, keep your picnic to a maximum of 6 people, and refrain from consuming alcohol, take advantage of the fine weather to discover the brand-new picnic baskets launched on April 10 by chef Yannick Alléno .
From April 10, Yannick Alléno declares the picnic season open and unveils, for the very first time, a picnic offer with dishes to be shared between guests and must-tries from the Michelin-starred Maison.
What's more, to make this experience perfect from start to finish, Pavillon Ledoyen takes care of everything, offering a turnkey picnic basket for hire, complete with all the essentials - cutlery, glasses, napkins. A 100% linen tablecloth made in France by Baralinge is even offered for the first 100 orders!
As for the menu, picnic baskets include cold poultry with herb mayonnaise, but also butcher's bread, fresh baked cheese, foccacia and homemade spiced wafers... Not forgetting the inimitable beer tart, raspberry tart and filled chocolate bar, created by Aurélien Rivoire , Pavillon Ledoyen's head pastry chef .
Orders can be placed on the Pavillon Ledoyen website and collected on site, or delivered anywhere in the Paris region. Price: €100 for a picnic basket for 2, €148 for a basket for two with drinks, and €30 for equipment hire.
