Le Belleval is the new living place in Paris 8th arrondissement designed by Jean-Philippe Nuel around plant. Restaurant, hotel and patio, Le Belleval is opened onto the city from the morning to the evening, with the promise to welcome people with open arms.
The restaurant looks on the street, in a semi-industrial/semi-romantic setting with flowers everywhere! At Le Belleval, we eat healthy and according to the season. No fuss, on the menu, a dozen dishes that satisfy your appetite.
A poached egg casserole with pan-fried cabbage duo, free-range chicken supreme and pan-fried seasonal vegetables, without forgetting the avocado toast, the Poke Bowl and the dish of the day, dishes are hearty, delicious and affordable for the area!
€9 for the avocado toast (Poilâne bread, avocado, gravlax salmon, poppy seeds, quinoa, chive, mint, lemon), €14 the poke bowl (citrus fruit marinated salmon, spinach sprouts, wild rice, avocado, pink radish, carrots and white asparagus) and €14 the free-range chicken is very correct for the neighborhood especially when we know the chef is Edgard Prince, who previously worked at organic and gluten-free restaurant My Free Kitchen!
And since the neighborhood never sleeps, you can enjoy boards of cheese and charcuteries, or the Madeleines Belleval (sweet or savory) at any time of the day. The chef also offers desserts, such as the double chocolate mousses, the French-style lemon and meringue pie and the fruit casserole.
