Patty: that's the name of this gourmet address nestled just a stone's throw from the Gare de Lyon and the quays of the Seine in Paris. With its friendly atmosphere, tasteful decor and generous cuisine based on deliciously revisited classics, Patty has every intention of making a name for itself in the capital's 12th arrondissement.

Looking for a gourmet spot in East Paris? Head for Patty! Halfway between a neighborhood bistro and a contemporary brasserie, this new address opened its doors at the end of August 2020 in the 12th arrondissement, just a few meters from the Gare de Lyon and the quays of the Seine.

Behind Patty hides a place where it's good to meet at any time of day, from breakfast to dinner, including after hour from 5pm to 7pm.

Once past the large, protected and heated terrace, you discover a huge room where wood and plants take center stage to create a warm atmosphere, designed by decorator Emma Roux and architect Christopher Matignon.

As far as the menu is concerned, Patty 's focus is on generous cuisine, with tasty classics creatively revisited, such as a poultry supreme or a " Crying Tiger " beef fillet.

In the evening, the menu is enriched with other equally tempting proposals. We begin our tasting with a favorite : beet carpaccio, very finely chopped, accompanied by fresh cheeses, crunchy hazelnuts and honey to sweeten it all. A beautiful plate, both gourmet and fresh!

Opposite, an excellent and generous terrine of home-made pig and veal liver, with salad. Patty also offers other starters on her menu, such as shrimp tempura with sweet and sour sauce, and even fine claire n°3 oysters.

Fish lovers will be tempted by a ceviche of sea bream with Granny Smith apples, pomegranates and kumquat, or a poke bowl with salmon and prawns. Carnivores can opt for entrecôte steak or the inevitable beef tartare.

We opt for the tasty salmon and prawn tataki with kiwi sauce and hazelnuts, on the one hand, and the ever-popular cheeseburger with home fries, on the other. A classic of the genre, it comes as a pleasant surprise thanks to a generous steak cooked to perfection.

And for those with a sweet tooth? The chef proposes to take them to paradise with a deconstructed lemon tart or a Madagascar vanilla mille-feuille for lunch, or a 2-chocolate sphere or a tarte Tatin with crème fraîche in the evening.

To accompany all this, Patty unveils a fine selection of cocktails, especially classics, as well as several tempting wine references, both red and white.
