The Wild West: our test of The Game's powder-scented escape game

Break out the colts and spurs! The Game - Saint-Michel, anescape game in the 5th arrondissement, invites you to travel back in time, right into a Western, with its Far West room, starting now. This ultra-immersive room plunges you into the heart of a street, between a saloon and a funeral parlour. And as usual, you've got an hour to solve the riddles and get out of this cowboy movie without a duel.

The pitch is most enticing:"In the middle of the desert, the Gold Rush attracts the greatest adventurers! In this hostile environment, they all dream of one thing: finding the mine that will make them rich! Your team is off to Molly Town, with its saloon, cowboys and bandits! So get your hats on, because the stagecoach is ready to go!

Our review of The Game's Le Far West escape game:

So, what's Le Far West at The Game worth? The brand offers a very fine, well-crafted and immersive room. A very positive experience in many respects, starting with the decor. Quite simply, you're literally in a Western! The Game 's attention to detail allows us to immerse ourselves in a saloon, a street (the ceiling height is insane, allowing the creation of a building (or at least its facade) from floor to ceiling), as well as a gold mine. It's hard not to applaud the work of the company, which has outdone itself to offer one of the most immersive rooms in the capital...

The story, too, is very complete, featuring a gallery of characters we've often heard of, with a variety of plots and giving you the choice, at some point in the adventure, of how you want to end the experience (in harder mode or not). We love it! Special mention must be made of the sound and musical ambience, which enhances immersion to the max.

And what about the puzzles? The puzzles are very well thought-out, neither too simple nor too complex. This makes us all the more appreciative of the mechanisms, some of which are ingenious, others rather original. But don't expect to be thinking for the whole hour, as searching is just as important in this room. There are even a few wow effects! All in all, it's a real kid's dream of a "gold rush" worthy of vintage American films. So if you're into westerns, this is 100% the place for you (even if you're not). Go for it!

Put on your cowboy hat (we'll lend you one) and enter this mysterious town, where the lure of gain can lead to conflict and death.
