Ο Michel Sarran ανοίγει το Croq'Michel, το μπαρ του με το croque-monsieur στο Παρίσι: Μόνιμα κλειστό

Συναγερμός για γκουρμέ! Ο σεφ της Τουλούζης Michel Sarran ετοιμάζεται να κεράσει τους Παριζιάνους. Από την Τετάρτη 12 Μαΐου 2021, η ιδέα του για τα γκουρμέ croque-monsieurs, με την ονομασία Croq'Michel, θα φτάσει στην πρωτεύουσα. Πρόκειται για ένα οικογενειακό εγχείρημα που δημιούργησε με τις δύο κόρες του, την Camille και την Emma.
