Shakshuka is one of the most popular dishes in the Maghreb and the Middle East, mixing red and yellow peppers, fresh tomatoes, onions, eggs and feta, with a hint of chili powder... colorful and tasty!

On the Mediterranean side, you can also enjoy Bowl du soleil (semolina with spices from the sun, dried fruit and nuts) with kefta meatballs, chicken or falafel.
