The Läderach story is one of a passion for chocolate handed down from generation to generation. It all began in the Swiss Alps, where Rudolf Läderach Jr. revolutionized chocolate-making in 1962 with his invention of the first chocolate-breaking machine. His son, Jürg Läderach, continues this tradition with innovation and exceptional quality, making Läderach a global benchmark in the art of chocolate making. In 2018, Elias Läderach wins the title of World Chocolate Champion. This was followed by the company's desire to expand internationally.

Known for its"From bean to bar" approach, the brand ensures controlled quality, thanks to all-Swiss production and a direct partnership with cocoa growers. This method guarantees not only first-rate ingredients, but also a finished product of exemplary freshness.

We particularly recommend the bars by the kilo, which are guaranteed to be less than 4 weeks old, giving the chocolate an exquisite taste. Start by smelling your chocolate before you bite into it, and you'll see, it's guaranteed to scent the nostrils.

In short, Laderach's arrival in France, and particularly in Paris, is sure to delight fans of the brand and gourmands in search of fine chocolates. Note that Laderach is not stopping there, as the chocolatier is already planning to open a two-storey flagship store in the Opéra district, which will include a tasting room.
