Depuis décembre 2016, après près d'un an de travaux, Gaëtan Amatulli, restaurateur depuis ses 13 ans, a ouvert son restaurant avec sa fille Lisa au service et Simone à la vinoteca et à l'achat des produits. Leur bébé, c'est le Talon Caché, un restaurant qui sent bon la joie de vivre. Avec sa cuisine ouverte sur la rue grâce à d'ingénieuses fenêtres, on est happé par la bonne ambiance de cette famille.
