Museums Night is an event you don’t want to miss. On Saturday May 18, 2019, Paris Musée de l’Homme will remain open late at night and welcome curious children and adults free of charge within its collections.
Located in Place du Trocadéro, above the Musée de la Marine, the Musée de l’Homme had a makeover and, since its reopening, is one of the most popular museums in Paris: this lab-museum answers three big questions by reviewing the current anthropological researches – who are we? Where are we from? Where are we going? – in a rather successful staging making us travel through time and cultures!
And this year, the museum celebrates all-things urban over street art, as well as a journalism workshop and the screening of Banksy "Exit through the Gift Shop".

For Museums Night, the Musée de l'Homme opens its doors wide, a wonderful occasion to discover the museum's collections in the Galerie de l'Homme, as well as the temporary exhibitions "J'ai le droit d'avoir des Droits" and "Déclarations" by Sebastiao Salgado.
