Tribute to Adama Traoré: artist JR unveils a giant collage in Paris

Parisian street artist JR has his heart set on a building in Paris 10th arrondissement to disclose a new and gigantic collage. In black and white, this huge mural pays tribute to Adama Traoré, who died in 2016, and George Floyd, who died this past May 25th in the United States.

George Floyd’s death: the police prefect bans two demonstrations planned on June 6th in Paris

Two demonstrations were planned this Saturday June 6th, 2020 in front of the American Embassy in Paris to show support to George Floyd. The Police Prefect has ordered a decree banning these gatherings “likely to rally many people”.

Adama Traoré: fires by the beltway and the crown court following the demonstration

This Tuesday June 2, at 9 p.m., the Parisian beltway has been blocked by the Porte de Clichy. A fire was the reason, as it has been lit following the demonstration claiming justice for Adama Traoré in front of Paris crown court.
