After delighting us with its guinguette last year, a new restaurant with a terrace on the water has opened its doors next to the historic Hangar Y, which has just opened its doors. We take a closer look at this new gourmet spot led by Guillaume Sanchez and the guinguette, which will be set up in the forest during the summer from May onwards.
