Unlike the United Kingdom or Germany, the French government seems to have ruled out the prospect of another total lockdown to stop the third epidemic wave. Yet this Thursday January 7, Prime Minister Jean Castex warns against the danger of the current epidemic situation at a press brief. Curfew is kept at 8 p.m. everywhere in France, excluding 25 departments already under curfew from 6 p.m. Var and Drôme are being included in the list starting tomorrow. Haute-Savoie remains under curfew from 8 p.m.
