Paris: the heaviest rainfall in the capital at this time of year for 20 years

A veritable deluge hit the city of Paris at the end of July, and the rain continues to fall. A far cry from the heatwave, the city saw its heaviest rainfall in nearly 20 years, with over 100mm of rain!
