The Prix Goncourt 2023, announced on November 7 at the Drouant restaurant in Paris, was awarded this year to Jean-Baptiste Andrea's novel "Veiller sur elle". The novel follows the story of the fictional artist Michelangelo Vitaliani, set against the backdrop of the Second World War.
