The Coq & Fils restaurant and its fine poultry

Le Coq Rico, the emblematic Montmartre restaurant, changes its name to become Le Coq & Fils. The program includes a redesigned menu, with three-starred chef Antoine Westermann giving pride of place to pedigree poultry.
