Jardins, Jardin 2024 takes up residence in the grounds of Villa Windsor in Paris's Bois de Boulogne!

Jardins, Jardin, the unmissable event for gardeners and lovers of green spaces, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, is moving to the Parc de la Villa Windsor in Paris' Bois de Boulogne from May 30 to June 2, 2024.

Jardins, Jardin is back to delight all lovers of gardens and green plants. The major Parisian event dedicated to gardens and the greening of the city, and one of the must-attend events for enthusiasts looking for urban garden ideas for the summer, is back, but with a change of scenery.

To celebrate its 20th anniversary, the Jardins, Jardin show is taking on an exceptional setting: the Villa Windsor park in Paris's Bois de Boulogne. From May 30 to June 2, 2024, this historically private venue opens its doors for a special edition of this flagship event for lovers of gardening and outdoor design. Former residence of General Charles de Gaulle and later of the Duke and Duchess of Windsor, the Villa Windsor and its gardens, until now inaccessible to the public, promise a unique experience at the heart of one of the capital's most emblematic green spaces.

Jardins, jardin takes up its position this year, with a strong theme: Cultivated Natures. Nature is both a source of inspiration and a source of life. It is admired and transcended by artists and by everyone who draws energy and comfort from it. It is also shaped and structured by the hands of landscapers and gardeners, to shelter, nourish and refresh. The "Cultivated Natures" theme encompasses three essential and inseparable dimensions: the intimate link between culture and gardens, garden culture and plant cultures. Jardins, Jardin at Villa Windsor is not only an opportunity to celebrate urban landscape art and plant innovations, but also a privileged moment to discover a place steeped in history. Managed by the Fondation Mansart, this 1.6-hectare estate is the ideal setting for the 30 ephemeral gardens, the hundred or so exhibitors, and the activities planned for the 20,000 visitors expected. This edition marks a new impetus for Jardins, Jardin, which is evolving towards a more festival-like spirit, highlighting the growing importance of adapting urban green spaces to climate change.

Villa Windsor, located in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, is easily accessible via the Route du Champ-d'Entrainement. The property, which boasts Georgian-style architecture and a vast park, offers a majestic setting for this event. The Fondation Mansart, committed to the restoration and enhancement of heritage, is opening up this exceptional venue for the first time, in keeping with its mission to preserve spaces of great cultural and historical interest.

Each year, some thirty terraces and balconies are showcased at the show, created by renowned landscape gardeners or up-and-coming young talents. Creating extraordinary gardens in the setting of this historic Parisian garden is the aim of this open-air show, which has been running since 2003. Come and stroll through these private gardens in search of great ideas for your own garden, to dream or simply to delight your senses - these are just some of the reasons why we love this event.

As in every year since 2003, Jardins, jardin offers a wealth of workshops and events. A rich and varied program for the whole family, enthusiasts and amateurs alike: bouquet demonstrations, herbarium workshops, vegetable garden workshops and headdress creations are all on the menu.

Every day, conferences for all extend Wednesday's professional debates, echoing recent events dedicated to plants and landscape. Architecture, health and the environment, the circular economy, ecology and urban agriculture are just some of the topics on offer.
