Italian group JK Place has chosen Paris's 7th arrondissement, at 82 rue de Lille to be precise, as the location for its new boutique hotel, the group's first in Paris.
This is a boutique hotel. What's a boutique hotel , you might ask? A boutique-hotel is a "charming" hotel on a human scale, with a focus on intimacy and attentive service for its guests, a far cry from the large, somewhat disembodied hotel chains.
Now that we've explained the concept, let's get on with it. Located just a stone's throw from the FrenchNational Assembly, JK Place Paris boasts just 29 rooms and suites (one of the essential criteria for a boutique hotel is the small number of rooms), but all of them are top-of-the-range, just like the JK Place hotels in Capri, Rome or Florence.
On the program: a Sisley spa, a swimming pool, contemporary style and design- Italian, of course.
