Rules of contests

The complete rules of the Game (the "Rules") consists of:

1. of this document ;

2. the specific addendum to the game and an integral part of the Rules of the Game

The latter is available on request by sending a letter to Sortiraparis.com, 25 rue de Ponthieu 75008 Paris, and stating:

- the name of the Game

- dates of beginning and end of the Game

- the date of the draw of the winner(s) of the Game, subject to verification of its (their) eligibility to win a prize ;

- the nature and the unit market value of the prizes comprising the gifts of the Game

ARTICLE 1 :

The company Sortiraparis.com, capital stock of 10 000 €, registered under number RCS 438 187 569 and whose registered office is 25 rue dePonthieu organizes contests of the website sortiraparis.com.

ARTICLE 2 :

The purpose of the contest is to ask participants to respond to the game proposed by the site Sortiraparis.com and consists of one or more multiple-choice questions. The game is open to all adults allowed to play. Participants who correctly answered the question(s) will then be selected at random to win one of the prizes offered. The question is on a page created specifically for the occasion if the contest and available during the operation.

ARTICLE 3 REGISTRATION

To enter the contest participants will have to:

• Register on the site and fill out their personal information properly.

• Those who answered the question correctly will then be drawn randomly to determine the winner or winners.

Each participant undertakes strictly to provide information that are accurate and complete as well as update data without delay in the registration form.

Minors are not allowed to register for the contest. The Organizer reserves the right to request written justificationany time, and carry out any checks, and to terminateany account holder that the minor hasn't given the authorizationin a timely manner.

Any connection or data made ​​from the account of the participant will be deemed to have been made by the registrantfor this account.

Only entries via the Internet will be validated.

ARTICLE 4 PARTICIPATION

• Any participant who does not meet the prerequisites participation or the provisions of the current Rules may be disqualified.

ARTICLE 5 GIFTS

The prizes are different for each game. They are specified in the addendum.

ARTICLE 6 :

Only one winner per household (same name and mailing address) for the duration of the game

ARTICLE 7 :

Any participation in this contest which presents an anomaly (Form that is incomplete or incorrect, attempted cheat or fraud) will not be considered and will disqualify the participant.

The Organizer reserves the right to make any useful check on the identity of participants includingverifying the accuracy of information provided in the Identification form.

ARTICLE 8 :

Conditions of distributing the prizes will be provided to each winner by email or available on the site.

In the event that a selected entrant does not respond to email telling him his winnings within 7 days, the organizing company reserves the right to select another winner from the participantsunder the conditions laid down in this Regulation or reassignprizes in a subsequent operation.

If for any reason beyond the control of the Organizer, participants can not enjoy their prizes, those would definityly be lost and would not be reassigned.

Prizes can in no case be exchanged against their cash value or replaced by another prize at the request of the winners.

The Organiser is not liable for any damage, malfunction, defect arising from the use of Prizesby the winners.

ARTICLE 9 :

It will not be responded to any request (written, telephone or oral) concerning the interpretation or application of the Regulation, the terms ofgame or the winner.

ARTICLE 10 :

The Organiser shall not incur any liability if, in case of force majeure or events beyond its control, it wasobliged to cancel this contest, to shorten/extend/postpone itor change its conditions.

ARTICLE 11 :

The complete rules are available and printable directly on the site of the game. This Regulation is filed with Denis CALIPPE and Thierry CORBEAUX - Partnered Bailiffs - 416 rue Saint-Honoré, 75008 PARIS.

ARTICLE 12 :

The information that participants communicate are intended to consumers files of sortiraparis.com, and are available forus so as we can eventually send to the participants informations aboutsortiraparis.com. Personal informations of Internet users willbe treated according to the law "Computing and Freedoms" of 6 January 1978. Each user has a right to access, rectify orto delete informations, that can be exercised by sendingan email to the address of the game

All personal information that participants communicate on the Site are confidential and are intended solely for the Organizer.

ARTICLE 13 :

The Organizer reminds users the features and the limitations of the Internet network and accepts no liability forconsequences of the connection of users to this network via the website.

More specifically, the Organiser shall not be held responsible for any damages, material or immaterial, caused to users, to their computer equipment and data stored therein, and possible implications on their personal, professional or commercial activity.

The Organiser shall not be held more responsible if one or more users could not log inon the website or to play on it due to a technical fault or any problemespecially related to network congestion.

ARTICLE 14 :

Participation in this contest implies full and unreserved acceptance of this Regulation.
