It’s official: the NBA has announced a new regular seasonal game in Paris in 2021! Barely 24 hours prior to the first game of the history in France and in Paris, the Basketball league already promises to return to France next year, in 2021.

Are we attending the debuts of a long love story between Paris and the NBA? Since goods things come in pairs, the NBA has announced a new regular seasonal game in France and in Paris in 2021.

It feels very good to be a basketball fan in Paris right now! Barely a few hours before the first regular seasonal NBA game abroad, it’s the BeIN Sports TV channel that drops the news on Thursday January 23, 2020. So far, basketball fans in Paris are being ready to attend or follow up the first NBA meeting on the French soil. And it’s at the AccorHotels Arena that it will happen on Friday January 24, 2020 from 9 p.m. (CET).

As for players, the NBA hasn’t announced the teams that will come next February to do it again. But it seems that Orlando Magic and Utah Jazz have an edge over. Implicated, French players Evan Fournier and Rudy Gobert – playing in both franchises – hope to experience an NBA game in their homeland, providing they both stay in their clubs this summer. But they are not home and dry yet especially for Evan Fournier.

As for the broadcast and the program, so far, no news has been shared. It seems that BeIN Sports will be the most probable diffusion canal given the TV rights the channel owns. So, of course, we’ll let you know in real time. But be ready, the ticketing service will likely be stormed in no time!
